This is the recipe for the peanut butter pretzels dipped in chocolate. Perfect for valentine’s day because the pretzels end up looking like little hearts. Even if you don’t plan on doing this for v-day… at least you have the recipe to REESE’S peanut butter now (;
CAUTION: dangerously delicious!

Ingredients:
mini pretzels
ghiradelli milk chocolate chips
creamy peanut butter
brown sugar
powdered sugar
cute boxes from Party City

There are no real measurements to this, more of a feeling kind of thing.

Steps:
1. combine peanut butter, brown sugar, and powdered sugar in a bowl and mix together. Keep adding brown sugar and powdered sugar until the peanut butter has the taste and consistency as Reese’s peanut butter. and when you touch the peanut butter it should not really stick to your skin.
2. melt the ghiradelli chips in a bowl for dipping. WATCH OUT!: chocolate will be scolding hot, and can burn skin (discovered by yours truly)
3.make a ball of the peanut butter, place between two pretzels, dip the pretzel sandwich about half way into the melted chocolate.
4. place on waxed paper on a tray.
5. when finished, place tray in the freezer for approx. 30 min or until whenever you want to hand them out, pack them, etc.

TIP: less powdered sugar than brown sugar. I would assume i used about twice as much brown sugar as powdered sugar.

TIP: do not leave out for long, the chocolate is easily melted and gets very messy. When I was not using/eating mine, I kept them in the refridgerator.
